Delivery Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

1. The standard delivery time frame is not guaranteed, only estimated.  It can be influenced by a number of factors such as mail backlogs and customs approval time. Delivery in a small number of cases can take up to 30 days.

2. As for any order less than 20USD, we'll use economic shipping methods, which can take 2 - 4 weeks.

3. Due to recent worldwide spread of Covid-19, the delivery time would be extended. We do apologize for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience.


Shipping Tips

Our shipping carriers include EMS, S.F Express, Fedex and DHL. Before you place an order, you should read tips below.

1. We provide standard delivery by default. If you want the express delivery, you should contact us first and there is extra cost for express delivery.

2. We do not ship to the PO and APO/FPO address.

3. You should be responsible for providing a correct address and phone number. If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you should be responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.

4. Each product is noted the processing time or tailoring time in the description page. The Delivery time = Processing/Tailoring time + Shipping time. 

5. If you have arrival time requirements, you should contact us to indicate it before you make an order. We do not accept any refund for the time requirements issue if you do not receive our confirmation before you make an order.

6. After you make an order,  we will send you a confirmation email which notes the date the parcel shipped. 

7. We will send you a shipping notification after the parcel sent out in 24hours. You can track the parcel according to guidelines in the shipping notification.

Most orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent within 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Our standard delivery option is shipped with a tracking number.  Please view the delivery estimates page to see more specific delivery time frames. The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout. If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.

Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section.  Copy and paste the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available, it can take a few days for tracking information to activate. Postal carriers may not provide up to date tracking information.
